A serial number can be photocopied. A hologram can be cloned. A database lookup only tells you the number exists, not that this unit, in thishand, at this place, is the real one. By the time a fake shows up in a return or a complaint, the damage to your sales and your name is already done.
The shift
LedgerScan turns every scan into a simple test of reality: a genuine unit can only be in one place, on one route, read by one approved device. A fake breaks at least one of those, and we catch it the instant it does.
How it works
In one step, every unit in a production run gets its own secure, tamper-proof identity. No change to how you print serials or barcodes today, with no per-unit cost to set it up.
At the warehouse or the point of sale, each scan quietly records where it happened, on what device, and through which location: the context a fake can't copy. It all happens in well under a second.
Our AI checks all three signals in a fraction of a second. A genuine unit passes and the buyer sees Trusted. A fake is flagged on the spot, then blocked everywhere it's ever scanned again, anywhere in the world.
Inside LedgerScan
Four screens from the real app, in the order you'd use them: register a batch, authorize who can verify, watch the scans land, and see a fake block itself.
One form. Every unit in the run gets a tamper-proof identity, no per-unit setup.
Only your approved locations can verify a unit.
Live results, each with a risk score.
The instant a unit is flagged, its ID is frozen everywhere it's ever scanned again.
The platform
Six systems work together so a fake has nowhere to hide, from the day you make a product to the moment a shopper taps verify.
Each unit gets its own identity that can't be edited, copied, or quietly deleted. It's readable anywhere in the world and isn't locked inside any one company's database.
Goes beyond a simple yes/no check: it reads the location, the device, and the timing of each scan to catch fakes that look right on paper.
We match the record, the location, and the device on every single scan. If the location is wrong, it's treated as a fake on the spot.
Each official scanner is tied to its exact location. A random phone or copied device can't pretend to be one of your approved points.
Every result is confirmed by independent checkpoints in Dhaka, Singapore, and London. No single server, and no single point of failure, decides what's real.
If the same ID is scanned in two places at once, both are flagged in the blink of an eye, before either scan finishes.
Detection, in the act
The same unit can't be genuine in Dhaka and then turn up in Lagos eleven minutes later. LedgerScan spots the impossible the moment the second scan lands, freezes the ID, and warns the next person who scans it.
Built for regulated supply chains
LedgerScan works with any serialized product: electronics, spirits, auto parts, and more. Medicine just needs it most: drug and medical-device makers already put a unique code on every unit, so the exact barcode a regulator asks for becomes one a counterfeiter can't clone or reuse.
The Drug Supply Chain Security Act requires saleable-unit traceability and verification at every handoff. LedgerScan supplies the interoperable identifier, the exchange of transaction data, and the suspect-product flagging the Act calls for.
The math
Slide the numbers to match your business. For a medical maker, every fake is two problems at once: money you lose, and a safety risk you don't want to have to explain later.
An illustration based on your inputs, not a quote. We will model your real exposure on the call.
Live network
Every scan is checked where it happens, then confirmed by independent checkpoints on three continents. If the same product is scanned in two places at once, it's caught in transit. No border is far enough to hide a fake.
We stopped playing whack-a-mole with grey-market sellers. Now a fake flags itself the first time it's scanned, and we have the full record to act on it.
Security & common questions
No. The blockchain is plumbing, not the pitch. It gives every unit an identity no one can secretly change, and a record everyone in your supply chain can trust without relying on one company's database. The actual fake-catching is done by our AI; the blockchain just makes the result permanent and the same everywhere.
Most makers are live in days, not months. You register a whole batch in one step instead of one unit at a time, and nothing about your existing production lines has to be torn out and replaced.
A copied code can't pass the checks. The same code scanned in two places at once is caught instantly. A scan from a place the product was never shipped is treated as fake. A scan from a device that isn't approved fails too. The code on its own proves nothing; the context around it does.
No. Verification runs in a mobile browser. A shopper scans, confirms where they are buying, and gets a Trusted or Unsafe verdict in seconds.
The moment a unit is flagged as a fake, its ID is blocked for good. From then on, every future scan of that code shows Unsafe, anywhere in the world, and your team gets the full record of where and when it surfaced.
